svgMap not rendering in browser IE or Chrome

I am having an issue that the chart component does not render in a browser. I have tried in multiple customer environments with the same results

The details for my latest (most simple) test

Qlikview desktop: 11.20.12235.0 SR5 64 bit

Browser: Chrome 34.0.1847.137 m

QVW: attached

Hi Philip,

Were you able to solve the problem? I am also stuck at the same problem. I am not able to see SVG Chart type in any browser.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Parth

One setting in the properties to tick is the Element Border box otherwise the extension does not show

Otherwise it may be settings in your pc

I am having similar issues on a pc yet the extension works 100% on my laptop
