Hi everyone.

I have a Problem with opening from qvw files. Most of the users get an error and the other can open the file. Can someone help?

Hi @summy

What is the difference between the users than can and cannot open the document. This would give you more information on what is going wrong if you can test / compare the environments.

Browser (Chrome/Firefox/Edge version)
OS (MacOS/ Windows)
Differences in accessing, directly or using VPN
If you get a popup for login, when a non working login uses a working machine does it work?
Are they using the Accesspoint or do they use direct links (favorites)
