      <title>Missing LEF Control Number in old QlikView instalation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Support,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We need to migrate one Customer existing QlikView old server setup to a different server by a clean fresh install,&amp;nbsp; but all the Qlik account details (Qlik user, Qlik Partner) seem to be missing or non cooperative.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We only have our LEF information (Serial and LEF details) but "Control" number is missing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What are my options?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there any way we may know who is the Qlik account managing our license? (maybe we can have the license re-routed to an updated account?)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to get the control code related to this serial number in some other way?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We've already went through the forums and checked the videos on how to retrieve this info but always get to one dead-end (no way to know the user Qlik Account linked to the license,&amp;nbsp; no way to get to the Control Number by the way of the Qlik Partner).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any support will be appretiated!&lt;/P&gt;
