&lt;P&gt;C:\Users\someuser\AppData\Local\QlikTech Installations\{DD87B33B-3C77-4187-A229-048123507D14}\&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have run into this before and forget how to resolve. The problem is caused from a long-ago install by another user and the files not cleaned up I guess.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I found this microsoft tool which resolves the problem by cleaning up the registry!&lt;/P&gt;
