Hope you are doing great.

Currently We are not able to send email by QlikView Console in the Mail Server Option -> Section: Override E-Mail. I've attached an image.

I'd apreciate any support. Thank you.

Did you try enable SSL communication?

Is this an initial attempt to setup mail server within the QlikView Server ? Or was mail server previously configured and working and has no suddenly stopped?

Suggest you refer to Qlik Support article Sending reports by email and receiving alerts using QlikView Publisher and QlikView Server or Desktop to ensure things are configured correctly.
