Hi,

Base on QLIk docuementation, QLIKView requires Local Admin Account to run the Service.

Will this security problem be address in future releases?

Hi @GARCIA,

You are correct in that QlikView services are required to be run by a service account that has local administrator privileges. You referenced the April 2020 version Help and this requirement is also listed in the most recent version, May 2021. If you wish for the product to change this requirement you can submit a Feature Request by following article How To Submit Feature Requests For Qlik Products.
