Unable to add Distribution service in the QMC - getting corruption error

Hi All,

Our QlikView server was working well till this morning and suddenly got hanged,

we rebooted it and after it came up, we noticed that the Distribution service was missing from the QMC.

We tried adding it again but got the error in the attached screenshot:

"Table MailTemplate could not be loaded because it is corrupted and could not be recreated because QvprXmlFileHandler could not retrieve a blueprint for the table"

The Distribution service is running on the server.

How can we resolve this issue?

can we restore some files from backup to try to resolve this? if so which ones?

What version of QlikView are you using?

I would try to restore the QVPR from backup. The QVPR is backed up every day by default.
