Is it possible to check if the CPU or memory is full in the event log?

Please share how to do it if possible.

Hi!
QlikView's Performance Logs are tracking resource usage by the QVS. However, the information is sampled every 5 minutes (we don't recommend having a shorter interval): https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/May2021/Subsystems/Server/Content/QV_Server/QlikView-Server/QVSRM_Logging.htm#anchor-3

In the QlikView Server Event Logs you will get warnings when the memory usage goes about the working set limits.

QlikView QIX-performance logging can give you information about specific engine events.

For System-wide information on resource usage, we recommend using Microsoft Performance Monitor.
