Qlikview Management console not showing tasks

the qlikview management console is not showing tasks that i have created.

i even tried to restore the QVPR from backup but and it is still blank.

What is the full version of QlikView Server?
Did you recently apply a QlikView Publisher license or a new QlikView SLK license in which Publisher is provisioned?
If running QV 12.60 or 12.50, is the QlikView Service Dispatcher service running?
