On qlikview access point sometimes selections do not get apply

On qlikview access point sometimes selections do not get apply

Qlikview randomly does not take into consideration the selections done

If we select some value in list box, chart does not change accordingly and it is very random problem.

What could reasons behind it and how to solve it ?

Hi @sandeshwayase1491,

Can you please provide a fuller description of the issue and provide some screen captures? Does issue only occur when QVW opened on the AccessPoint? Does issue occur on a specific QVW or all QVWs? Also what is the full QVS build version (i.e. 12.60.20100)?

Please find my comments below:

Yes, issue only occur when QVW opened on the AccessPoint

It is with random QVWs not specific one.

Client Build Number

Also, please find specific example:

Description of the issue: the selected "Site" (2nd column left) selection of "Eclepens" is ignored by Qlikview

The Value Eclepens doesn't go to the top, which is one way for an experienced user to see something is strange - but the table shows results for the whole group (i.e all "Sites")

As you can see, the selection of "Eclepens" is also not displayed in the "current selections" box

It is exactly the type of issues we have reported already - note that it comes randomly and the Qlikivew app was built by us, so we know it works as expected when the bug is not coming

If you believe this behavior to be a defect, then you'll need to create a Qlik Support case. Within the case, be sure to provide a sample QVW that exhibits the issue, the exact detailed steps needed to reproduce the issue, the expectations vs. actual behavior, the full QlikView build version, and the client type (AJAX or IE Plugin) that is being used in the AccessPoint. This will allow for Support to attempt to reproduce the issue in a lab environment and then work with Qlik R&D to address the potential defect.
