Always one selected value doesn't work

Hi,

I'm using filters with the option "Always one selected value". It works perfectly on my laptop and desktop computer .One of user is the same as me ,but others doesn't work. By setting the same access or trying a different browser, I still did not find the reason. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Or in addition to this, is there any way to make the filter must select a value? I don’t want to cause a calculation error by clearing this filter .

I'm using Qlikview 11.
