User Preference Option in Ajax Client

Hi All,

How to get User Preference Option in Ajax Client Qlikview 12 version, few user don't have IE Plugin version & need to view this option for Export. Tried the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+U but its not working. Any shortcut or option that can be enabled from Qlikview Management Console. Please suggest your thoughts/solution.

@Sush678 you set the availability preference in the QMC to default to IE plugin either on the global level or on the document level. If they need to install IE plugin on their local machine you configure the QMC for them to download and install the IE-plugin to their local machine using the settings in the below screenshot:

Thanks for the response. But is there any option available to enable the User preference in Ajax Client Mode as IE plug installation is not possible for few users

@Sush678 unfortunately, IE plugin must be installed locally on a machine in order for it to be used in the AccessPoint. There isn't any workaround available for this.
