Rename application

Hi everyone.

I ask you the following query,

I have an application with 10 assigned document licenses, if I rename the application, the licenses are still assigned or should I remove them and assign them again?

Hi @tincholiver,

If you rename the QVW in Windows without first deallocating the Document CALs, you'll run into the issue described in the Qlik Support article How To Recover Document CALs Assigned To A Deleted QVW. So the correct order of operations here is to first remove the Document CALs and deallocate them from the QVW, then rename the QVW in Windows File Explorer.
