    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hallo &lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/148390"&gt;@SarahNaether&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first screen capture you shared shows that there's an issue with QlikView Desktop recognizing your current QlikView Desktop license.&amp;nbsp; I checked the license and can see that it is still valid.&amp;nbsp; So suggest that start QlikView Desktop again and select the &lt;STRONG&gt;Change License Key&lt;/STRONG&gt; option, where you will be prompted to enter the license key and control number.&amp;nbsp; If you aren't aware of the control number, you can follow Qlik Support article&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/How-to-request-a-control-number-and-LEF/ta-p/1714096" target="_blank"&gt;How to request a control number and LEF &lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try this and let us know if you need further assistance.&amp;nbsp; You can also contact Qlik Support about your issue and they will provide assistance.&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/148390"&gt;@SarahNaether&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; is this QV desktop license that is applied to your QV desktop client or are you leasing a license? One thing you can try is un-installing/re-installing the desktop client and if it is a desktop license you can manually apply the license again. Otherwise you will need to lease a license from the server.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
