Error opening Document

I creat a document and I have security based on NTNAME.
When i reload the document, User can open it.
If I change something in the document and save it without reloading, User can't open the document (failed to open).
Do I have to reload the document each time I modified the document ?
Is that normal ?

yes u want to do reload whenever you are modifying then only it reflects

Its better to schedule it

Thanks for your Answer but my question is :

Do I have to reload the document each time I made a modif (just change color of object) ? (1)

Or It is possible only to save the document without reload. (2)

I try to use QlikView with (2) option but user can’t open the document !!

Its neccessary to reload when you modifying the document (It will available for the user)

When you are save, it will save that file but i will not available to user
