    <description>&lt;P&gt;I went into the Management Console to add a few new users to an existing document. But when I try to click the 'Manage Users' Icon on the 'Document CALs' tab for the document nothing happens.&lt;BR /&gt;The normal 'Processing... Please Wait' message flashes on the screen for a second, then nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a known issue?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/126901"&gt;@garrygrierson&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the server running the QlikView Management Service (QMS),&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open Windows File Explorer and navigate to %ProgramFiles%\QlikView\Management Service&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the QVManagementService.exe.config file with a text editor such as Notepad++&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down until you see MaxRecievedMessageSize&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If &lt;EM&gt;value=262144&lt;/EM&gt; (default value), then suggest increasing by adding a 0 to the end of the value&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note:&amp;nbsp; To edit the QVManagementService.exe.config file, you'll need to stop the QMS service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have this issue, suggest you start by reviewing the QMS log and post back here with an update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Chip,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I stopped the QlikViewManagementService in Services, changed the line in 'C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service\QVManagementService.exe.config' to '&amp;lt;add key="MaxReceivedMessageSize" value="2621440"/&amp;gt;' and restarted the QlikViewManagementService&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this correct, as unfortunately this didn't seem to make any difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where do I find the logs, and what am I looking for? If I open '{servername}:4780/QMC/Logs.htm' I get a message that says '&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.qlik.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.qlik.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;refused to connect.'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/126901"&gt;@garrygrierson&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yeah, those were the correct steps.&amp;nbsp; I suggested to increase the MaxReceivedMessageSize as that value increases the default quota on information that the QMC can display.&amp;nbsp; Often times, QMC issues with the symptoms you described are resolved by increasing this quota&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The default location for the QMS logs is %ProgramData%\QlikTech\ManagementService\Logs and are split daily.&amp;nbsp; Refer to Qlik Support article&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-To-Collect-QlikView-Server-Log-Files/ta-p/1711801" target="_blank"&gt;How To Collect QlikView Server Log Files&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for this location and location of the other QlikView service logs.&amp;nbsp; I'd suggest that you reproduce the issue and then collect the QMS logs.&amp;nbsp; Check for warnings/errors and, if permissible, attach to this thread.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
