      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have printing license in Qlikview, but it stopped working. I wonder is that known issue or why it happened?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just re entered all qlikview license numbers, but it didn't help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Interesting thing print spooler there. Anyway I installed it, but problem is that it need to be rebooted. So I am waiting later evening then qlikview used not so often&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would suggest that you upgrade to QlikView 12.60 as soon as you have the chance. With this version, we have moved away from using the old version of PDF-Xchange and we now use Microsoft's native Print to PDF, which should solve many issues.&lt;BR /&gt;Also, your current version is &lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Qlik-Sense-QlikView-and-NPrinting-End-of-Support-Date/ta-p/1711166" target="_blank"&gt;out of support&lt;/A&gt;, and that will be a problem if you need to open support cases,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
