Can somebody help me! I wanted to know where the Folder Access data is stored in which file? How can I access it?

Hi @afsar110! They are defined in the QVPR, in the file called Permission.xml . The standard QVPR path is C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR

In addition to the great information Daniele provided you, I'd strongly caution about directly making changes/edits to the QVPR. Note that QVPR is comprised of multiple .xml files and there are many interdependent references within these files. So you typically wouldn't want to make any changes to the live QVPR, as you may inadvertently create issues.

Suggest that you first make a copy of one of the backup QVPRs listed in %ProgramData%\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR\Backups and use the XmlDbViewer tool from the QlikView Power Tools available here: Power Tools 1.3.2 for QlikView to review the file structure and inspect the tables.
