After QlikView Server Update, Session Timeout set 20 mins

Hi all

I recently update qlikview server from 2020 april to 2021 may.

However after the server get updated, the timeout session changed to 20 min and I have no idea to change this.

It was 5 hours before, and now is 20 mins. how can I change this?? What is the portion that update change about timeout??

WHAT I HAVE TRIED:

1. QMC - System - Perf tab - change all session time to 36000

2. IIS(The server is IIS) application setting - add SocketTimeOutInSeconds to 36000

3. all settings that has before update

Please help!

From the article you referenced Timeout Values Related To QlikView Deployment, the IIS Application Pool Idle Timeout has a default timeout of 20 minutes, so that might be it.
