Thanks Brett,

We have already sorted out the issue. There were some problems with the firewall settings and the infrastructure team resolved it. Now it's working fine:-)

Hi,

We have DMZ setup for Qlikview web server and using custom user/DMS authentication.

The dashboards are accessible from intranet and we have hosted the page to internet.

And our users were able to access the dashboards from internet using their custom credentials(Without VPN). But this has suddenly stopped working and users only getting blank access Point pages.

we are using QV12 & IIS 8.5

Thanks,

karthik

Karthik, your best bet is to use the web browser Developer Tools, network trace feature to trace the connection from a problem user's machine to see what is going on with the calls, that should provide some clues as to where the issue lies. A screenshot of the AccessPoint page result would be helpful in this instance too, rather difficult to say much else with what you provided for us.

Regards,
Brett
