If you are trying to repair a shared file, you should be using the following:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/April2019/Subsystems/Server/Content/QV_Server/QlikView-Server/QVSRM_Cleaning_Shared_Files.htm

The Power Tools are provided as-is, and have not been updated in a while now, so if you are on the latest 12 tracks, things may not work properly, here is a link to the PowerTools area too:

https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView-Documents/Power-Tools-1-3-2-for-QlikView/ta-p/1484770

About the best I have to offer to try to help.

Regards,
Brett
