Are there any Windows based words or terminologies I need to be aware of working as Qlikview Admin?

The first thing you should do is go through the System Administration course for QlikView:

System Administrators & Enterprise Architects

Manage security and platform architecture, including the reloading and publishing of documents. Architect and secure your Qlik platform, user accessibility and application access rule administration.

The next thing would be to go through all the Admin related Help items as well as reviewing the QMC Help items, which you get to via the Help link in the upper right corner of any QMC page.

That should be a good starting point for you, but it takes time to actually learn things and time spent in the environment learning what occurs when you do things etc. I have been with the company 15 years and I still learn new things daily, so this is not something you are going to master in a few days.
