Issue in Load balancing and application gets crashes in qlikview and qliksense both

1. How to handle Load balancing.

2.Qlik server are overloaded and it causes application to crash or server to hang and We do manually restart of services .

Can anybody please help on the two issues

What I would really recommend on this one is you contact your account manager to arrange for a discussion regarding an architecture and use case review to assist you in getting things properly configured. This is going to be far too reaching to try to discuss via the Community, as there are a lot of considerations to take into account.
