Current selections disappearing for saved bookmark

In one of my Qlik report, i am facing issue of disappearing the current selections for bookmark.

below are the steps i am follwing in my accesspoint:

1.I am selecting some of the filters to get result as per the filters i have applied. So the selected fields are showing in the current selection.

2.I am creating bookmark for that particular current selection and result and save it.

When i re-open that bookmark or share it with other user, the current selection is disappearing.

I am facing this issue for some of the selected filters only.For some of the filters, it is working properly but for some,it is not.

I have also noticed the thing that when i open that bookmark,it is keeping that only one filter in current selection box which is causing the issue.

My Qlik desktop application is created with version 11.

Can anyone help me out for this?

Did you check on all the required checkbox when creating the filter?

Did you reload the dashboard again after creating the bookmark?

Yes. Even after reloading or sharing the bookmark with other users,current selections are disappearing.

create book mark by un checking the " MAKE BOOKMARK APPLY ON TOP OF CURRENT SELECTIONS".

I have already tried by using this but still its not working.

FYI:It is not working on QV desktop application or access point both for me. Right now i am creating the bookmark in access point.

Is there any configuration changes required on QMC for the report?

see if there are any sheet level triggers or any other triggers which gonna select a field when the sheet is open some thing like that. the only reason u cannot see the selected fields in the current selection box which are in the book mark are if that book mark is created on the top of the current selections. so if there is a current selection City=Sydney than even your country filter in the bookmark which might be country=USA will not be displayed in the current selection box because sydney is not part of USA.

Yes, i am already aware about this thing and i am selecting the child filters only which are part of its parent filters.

One thing i just found is that: I have clicked on Clear button and then again i have applied the filters in current selection and saved the bookmark. So it is keeping the bookmark with all the current selections. Why it is working by doing this?Is there any idea about this?

But we can't ask client to click Clear button every time to keep the current selection as it is.

My best hunch at this point would be you are most likely hitting a defect in the 11.20 release you are running, what is the full build number of your release? need the last five digits in particular, 11.20.xxxxx or the SRx...

I came across this :

Settings > Document properties> Server > Allow Server Bookmarks(check this option).
