Use Pivot table Count Sale who can reach KPI

I have raw Data as attach file and I need to count Sale person who can reach KPI by month.

1. Amount more than KPI then will Count distinct from Sale_id

2. The correct result is

Create flag at script level to determine Amount > KPI.
