Hi All!

I've recently upgrated our Server to Windows 2016 and since then I'm faling reload tasks failure. could anyone help me wiht this?

No. that is the task log from qmc.

I mean the document log. check location where qvw is stored.

generally it will be AppName.qvw.log (sometimes with timestamps based on configuration)

it is usually displayed on QMC as well. (Document Log tab next to Task Log)

I've checked in the file where the qvw is saved and there is no ".log" filed there saved there.

there only the ".shared" files there. do you kow where in the qmc I should go to get this info?

I could not find the Docment Log Tab next to the Task Log there as you can see:

I am guessing the document log is not enabled on that qvw. it will be required to diagnose.
Open qvw. Settings-->Document Properties --> Generate Log File
Not sure why there is no document log tab in QMC.

error basically means the qlik server cannot access the shared drive. So it s a network permissions level issue.

check with your system admin folks to grant access the shared drive to the server service account

this seems to be a different qvw file.

repeat process of checking the logs.
