cannot run Document Analyzer for a document with new name?

I have A.qvw document, and have performance tuning plan with 6 steps.

The idea is to save the file and corresponding DA file with version number for each step.

So after step 1, saved as A_performancetuning_v1.qvw + A_performancetuning_v1_DA.qvw.

Now when I try to run DA for A_performancetuning_v1.qvw, the 'Extract Metadata' is inactive. It only turns to active when the file name is A.qvw.

Do you know why? Did I miss something?

probably the name shouldn't be too long?

after changing it to APT_v1.qvw, 'Extract Metadata' becomes active.
