    <description>&lt;P&gt;The only thing of which I can think is your 'server' in your https URL is not the correct FQN that matches the SSL certificate, which is going to result in an Authentication/Authorization error, which you will not likely see, so be sure that is correct, as I would expect that should work in that case.&amp;nbsp; You can try to paste that URL into a browser and see if you get any prompts etc., as if you do, that is going to be a problem, things need to resolve without any issues for things to work properly.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>WebTicket doesn't work with https</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm facing an issue since we have to change our server location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Previously, we put in place a SSO connection from a portal and display Qlikview's document in a frame.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it worked fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But now, the news servers has to be reachable only with https protocol.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the portal's page try to get a ticket from Qlikview server, it sent the query&amp;nbsp; : https://&lt;EM&gt;server&lt;/EM&gt;/QvAjaxZfc/GetWebTicket.aspx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and get the answer back :&amp;nbsp; java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should be done to allow to get a ticket with https request ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Florent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
