Last used (UTC) not available for some Users under Document CALs

Hi All,

I am not able to see Last Used (UTC) information for some of the user

Example :

Name		Last Used (UTC)

A		6/1/19 4:04 PM
B
C		6/2/19 4:07 PM

If anyone encountered such scenario then please let me know possible reasons behind missing last used information for specific user.

Are those user login to access point and access dashboard??

Yes, I checked with the user they can login to access point and access dashboard.

Is this happening with Document Cals or User Cals?
If is happening with Document Cals, does the user have also a USer Cal assigned?

Did those users get a Named user CAL as well? Either dynamically or statically?

Hey Albert,

This trend is happening with Document Cal.

And, I came to know that these users have User Cal as well.

Yes, These users have Named CAL as well ( Statically)

Thanks, then look like they are opening the document with their USer CAL, you could check this on the session logs, looking at the user sessions and document ones. So, you can confirm this.

Thanks, I checked in Governance Dashboard as it is having CAL type information for each session and indeed they were opening the document with User CAL.
