I have a 3 level hierarchy ie. PM(Project Manager), TL(Technical Lead), SE(Software Engineer). The PM should be able to see all the TL and SE data under him/her. Similarly with TL. One PM/TL/SE should not be able to see other PM/TL/SE data.
