There is a nice book, written by Stephen Redmond for Packt Publishing. It details almost everything about installing and managing a QlikView server set-up that isn't specific to a particular installation or environment. In addition to that, the book is peppered with experiences and insights from Stephen himself, which are always worth a read. If you don't want to spend an inordinate amount of time figuring out how QlikView Server works and why it worls like that, consider buying that book.
