Anyone know why the reload button has the following enabled condition ClientPlatform()='''?

It means it displays only when opening in Desktop not in Ajax. Even if it won't work, you don't even try.

But the one who can give you the reason best is Tyler.

Ha ha, we did open it is desktop and the button RELOAD button is disabled

It is enabled for me. I do have some extra script after but the existing one remains untouched.

Do you mean full name? Tyler Waterfall, he's the lead developer of the QlikView Governance Dashboard.

yes, this is a legacy item with the Governance Dashboard.

I recommend just removing that button altogether and using the file menu Reload (or CTRL+R as I recall).

It's possible that ClientPlatform() has been deprecated.
