Qlikview application not working fine

I am facing issue in QlikView that report data is showing is good in base report and end user is facing some issue for EX:- in base report data is showing till date(JULY) but end user is able to see only up to May Data.

2)I has three selections(YEARLY, QUATERLY,MONTHLY) while I am selecting any of them reporting is showing data fine but while exporting YEARLY AND MONTHLY is exporting fine but coming to QUATERLY it is exporting up to last quarter.

EX---My quarter starts on April 01 and ends on 30 June but while exporting it is showing upto march30 i.e. last quarter.

Please help me to solve it

Some questions to understand the issue:

Does this happen with QlikView Desktop, Ajax or both clients?
Those three selections are fields, variables, objects with actions?
How those selections are applied to the expressions in the charts which are exported? Is it using set analysis, is it a filter on a field?
Are you using section access which might not be allowing all users to see only some data?
Is the export the native feature in Qlik or is it using a custom made macro?

Does the quarter selection work fine in the Qlikview model
