Hello ,

On a KPI with a cloud of point i have my Arrow when i am on my dimension

it is OK

But with another PC

this visualisation disappear and i don't have this Arrow

How i can solve this issue?

Is a graphical issue?

We use Internet Explorer 11 both

Maybe is the version of IE, Are there exactly the same version? Could you try with another browser?

It s the same IE 11

We always use IE with Qlikview

On Mozilla it is not ok ( we preconized Use Internet Explorer)

For resume

IE plugin is not installed on the CLIENT PC

By default it is AJAX (and it is the reason why on malfunction )

-trigger on tabs event

-Arrow by example

...

In order to have a good representation we must installed IE plug IN (for qlikview)
