AccessPoint Can't display the document with the server name

I've installed Qlikview 11.2 on a Windows 2012 Server, i've configured a SBE license, AD is configured on the domain and all services seems to be OK.

When i launch the page http://localhost/qlikivew, the access point recognize me and give me access to the document i want.

But if i try to access with the name of the server (or IP),http://vm-qlikview/qlikivew, it doesn't work, the AccessPoint is loaded but it don't recognize me.

Can you help me.

In attachment, the screenshots when it works and don't works and the Webserver log file of the 2 cases.

What is being used for the web server - QlikView Web Server (QVWS) or Microsoft IIS?

Are you using your url-with-a-domainname from a machine that is not the server? On the server itself, security settings may block the use of a hostname. Localhost on the other hand makes use of the loopback interface and that should always work on the server itself.

It seems that the port 80 was not allowed and now access point is reachable from another computer.

i still have a strange things : access point and QMC are no longer reachable from the serveur (but as it's works from another station it's not a blocking point)
