Session CAL and Possible Session timeout

Hello,

In the official Qlikview pdf which describes how a Session CAL works, it is explained that the minimum duration of a Session CAL is 15 minutes.

But there is a settings on the server which is called Possible Session timeout and which can be defined to tell Qlikview to disconnect idle users after a specific time when somebody else needs a licence.

If I put Possible Session Timeout to 3 minutes, I was hoping that after 3 minutes of idling with a Session CAL, a user could give it to a new user. But is it true ? or will I have to wait 15 minutes to have the Session CAL released for the new user ?
