Hi,

We are using QMS API to create on external event trigger. We are able to create and run the task successfully.

But even though a task is created, and ran successfully, the timer icon on document is not visible, and when I go to the Documents/reload tab the option was selected to none. why is that? How to make the the timer icon show up with out using QMC? FYI: we don't have publisher license.

Thanks,

I don't have a non-publisher server handy to verify this, but I believe the timer icon is only display if a timed schedule is set for reload. Also, the Reload option is only checked when a schedule is set.

-Rob

Thanks for the reply. Can you suggest, how to make the reload option is checked using QMS API? or any other alternatives (with out using QMC)? Appreciate your help!

Note: we don't have a publisher.

Thanks again.
