Migrating Server & Upgrading Qlikview Version

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could point me in the correct direction, I am looking a definitive guide on how to Migrate from one server to another server.

Currently within our organisation we have Qlikview 11 on a windows 2008 server and are looking to upgrade both the server to and the application.

We are upgrading to Windows 2012 Server & Qlikview 12.

We are due to get our new Virtual Environment for dev next week and are wanting to basically to migrate production the same way we are going to migrate dev so I am looking for a solid guide on how to migrate from one server to another.
