Hi all,

We are using QlikView Server 11.2, build 11.20.13206.0

Suddenly, I've started to suffer from SSO issues with access point. Like me, some of the users (NOT all of them) from time to time it are required to insert username and password in order to access the documents (see attached).

The problem is that it happens to some of the users (not all of them) and not all the time (it looks like that providing username and password opens a session which remains active for some time and during that time credentials are not needed but later, when this so called session is closed – then it will be required again to insert username and password, any idea?

Regards,

Shay

Is the URL of the AccessPoint added to the trusted sites zone (in the Internet Options)? Or even better, if it is within your network, to your local intranet zone?

Hi Shay,

Sorry for the late response.

The internet options are not part of chrome, you can find it under start, and just search for internet options, or configure it trough internet explorer, it has a shortcut to it in the tools section.

As far as i know, it is being used by all browsers.
