QVW getting failed on server

Hi All,

I have a qvw which is getting failed on test server while the same is running fine on Dev server.

Not able to get what is the cause of this, from the logs got to know this is related to QVS as not able to allocate more QV engine

Attached is the task log of the same.

Can someone help me in here?

P.S : Don't have publisher

Could you please share the actual log file ? not the server log the document log file ?

Your document appears to be taking too much time to reload. If the configured timeout is being exceeded, the reload engine will be killed by the QDS. Apparently, the timeout value is set at 6 hrs and your document takes longer to reload.

If you do not have a Publisher license, increase the Timeout value that is set on the Reload tab for your document (field "Timeout seconds", now probably set at 21600 secs.)

whether it is connecting to DB without any issues and fetching the data in the application

Have already tried increasing Max concurrent reloads but this didnt help

yes, I have refreshed manually on the server and its getting refreshed, as expected and that too in 30-45 mins. But on the server it goes on running for 6hr and then get failed

Not able to find the setting on the QlikView server under system tab.

Do i have to change this is config file?

What is the data volume you have ?? as Peter suggested try to increase the reload time and try .

more than 12M records, tried to find the option to increase but didnt find the option.

Same file is running on DEV server with same configuration in 45min (max), not getting whats going wrong with the current server

Maybe data is loaded more quickly to your dev server because:

the data is stored locally
the connection to the source is faster
some other networkrelated issue?

*I think in dev you have more resource i.e RAM dedicated to the apps.

*Do you have access for the QMC ?

Both the environments have same processor and RAM i.e. 8 core and 16 GB respectively

Take a look at Document log and share us if there are any error message.
