QV Publisher report distribution issue

Hi!

I am trying using the Publisher to secure the access to some reports.

In QMC I had create a task, reduce data by regions and distribute the report to some defined AD users and AD Groups.

So far, so good, but when I delete the AD user or the AD Group from the report they still can see and open the report.
I already tried with re-running the task and re-start all QV services but the report are still available in the Access Point
for the User and Group.

Can somebody please explain me how the synchronisation with the Windows AD works.

Maybe I miss some configuraion in QMC?

There is always a delay between AD group membership changes and QlikView becoming aware of these changes. Usually, a service restart updates user lists and group memberships. Not sure why that doesn't work for you...

Also note that a DSP has a cache of its own, IIRC it's set at 60 minutes (not really sure and no servers to check it on)...

But if this anomaly is delay-related, then everything should be fine by now. Is it?
