My environment used get that reset when windows patching is carried out. It should only come from server policy so that we can retain the settings.

Hi All,

I have an issue in QMC, I found access of certain user for certain folders in QMC has been revoked automatically. They were regular users and was not able to access the documents suddenly in access point. Can someone suggest what could be the reason?

Did you set the folder security on windows for those users? Verify the permissions on security folder.

Also check on QMC the folder is browsable on system setup folders.

Let me know if this helps.
