API service available in QLikview? request help please?

hi all,

I am new to Qlikview ADmin role.Please can request information on API and Qlikview adapt abilities?

Can we use an :

API to create User in Qlik
API to make Role assignment to User

My point is from OIM provisioning perceptive.

3. I remember that through Excel file we can create user accounts in QLikview Server. In that case, Role-User assignment also possible through Excel? Is there any other file format acceptable?

(OIM creates user ID and roles ---> Qlikview server syncs up and stores all user ID created in OIM)
