    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to connect to the access point through the iOS client (Qlikview APP for iOS) but once I configure the url I try to access it and it displays an error with the following message: "&lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"&gt;Error contacting server&lt;/SPAN&gt;".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Server Setup:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS: Window Server 2012 x 64bits&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Server: Qlikview Server 12 SR5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WebServer: Windows Server IIS 2012 R2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mobile device: &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;iPhone 6 &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS: iOS 9.3.4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qlikview App 2.4.1(1)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know anything about this issue and how to solve it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ryuma&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
