Hi,

I open a document locally and it has a pivot with a dimension expanded on value A, but value B is collapsed..

I deploy it on the server for publishing, and the same pivot has value A collapsed and value B expanded

All users have had this behaviour, and I double checkd that the document, once opened locally, has the right behaviour.

has anyone encountered this?

We are using the AJAX client.

I had had some time ago a similar case and the cause was that the pivot-object was corrupted. I rebuilt the pivot from the scratch (only copying the expressions - temporary into an editor - and from there within the new pivot).

- Marcus

These kind of bugs (corruption of objects) are quite rarely and I think it will be difficult to find a tool which has less bugs by such many features and performed so fast. Nevertheless you are right and some more efforts to improve the program quality would be desirable.

- Marcus
