    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Within the programdata\qliktech\distributionservice\ folder, it loads files from the \Tasks, \TaskLogIndex, and \TaskResults subfolders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are getting no data back it could be that &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) you are pointing to the wrong folder in the configuration page (just verify this)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) You are scanning old data - meaning there is no task reload history within that past 12 months (whatever you have set for Months of History in the configuration)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Or, your Distribution Service (QDS) server uses a different system timestamp format - not Sweden or US format. Check this in one of the log files in the \TaskResults folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you suspect #3, refer to the Release Notes which instruct to contact Qlik Support with the specific publisher timestamp format you have. &lt;A _jive_internal="true" href="https://community.qlik.com/blogs/supportupdates/2016/03/14/qlik-governance-dashboard-201-now-available"&gt;https://community.qlik.com/blogs/supportupdates/2016/03/14/qlik-governance-dashboard-201-now-available&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you can post the reload log, that might be a quicker start.
