Session Lost if QV document takes more than 2 minutes to load

Hi Community,

This weekend we have upgraded QV version from 11.2 SR12 to 11.2 SR15. No change done in configurations.

Now we are facing following issues.

Can you please advise if anything to be done in case of configurations after upgrade.

1. When a document taking 2 minutes or more to load we are getting Session Lost error.

2. Observed 620 MB document is taking 20 GB RAM when opened in server

3. Also observed RAM reaching 100% when couple of users using document and data load (2-3 tasks in parallel) running in parallel

First issue is more critical as it is impacting user experience.

Please kindly advise if I missed something while upgrading version.

Hi, We found this issue is not related to Qlikview upgrade. But related to infrastructure and taken care internally. Thanks!!
