Hi everyone,

we want to connect to sap db (SQL Server in our case) without using SAP CONNECTOR.

Is it possible? If yes, you could explain to me how to do it?

You can connect to the database itself but this is not recommended. Btw. there are more lightweight connectors from other vendors to connect SAP including our JDBC Connector: QlikView JDBC Connector | TIQ Solutions

Hello,

which version of SAP are you using? The connector is not needed if ayou are using SAP Business One, in this case you can connect to the SQL Server hosting the SAP B1 database.
