    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;Dear team,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;To resolve the issue of CALS getting deleted automatically after assigning to users after some days what I underatood from Qlik thread is that we need to upgrade to SR12 with some additional patch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;Can you please confirm if patch is still required or simple upgrading to QV SR12 will resolve this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;If patch is required after upgrage to SR12 who can do this patch fix from QV support.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;Pleasae advice as Client are upgrading to SR12.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should contact Qlik Support with this request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In theory, each patch is to be applied to the current SR, and a customer/user has to sign a document that he will upgrade to the next service release &lt;EM&gt;as soon as it is made available&lt;/EM&gt;. Moreover, patches can only be applied to a very specific release of QlikView software (they "patch" or replace binaries that will be different in the next SR), not to a later or an earlier one. That's the theory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your mileage may vary. Contact Qlik Support;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
