Two days back Security team added 10 users into the security group of the folder&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. 8 Users able to view document from the access point&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. two users not able to view it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. We don't have any section access&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;Few Users able to connect access point but not able to see any document.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you temporarily enable automatic licence allocation and get one of the users to open the document, this will then populate the username correctly . You may need to add the domain to the username.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Without CAL, you could see the application in the Access Point, but you could'not open it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only reasons to don't see an application is :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Security Access Right&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;"Section Access" &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jonas ask you to valide the security right on the folder, but verify the security directly on the application file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a golden trick to check effective permissions on files, including what propagates from group definitions and folder permissions. It goes like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In Windows Explorer, right-click a problematic document and select Properties-&amp;gt;Security. Press the Advanced button and open tab "Effective Permissions". Click the Select button and select the user that has problems in viewing or opening the document in the AP. Then press OK and check the resulting permissions. Anything missing or just weird?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
